After my interview video with Clash Royale Esports was released yesterday, I received a lot of messages from fans asking if I’m retiring next year.
To be honest, nothing has been decided yet.
Over the past six years in the Korean Clash Royale scene, I’ve watched many people I knew and spent time with leave one by one. At times, it felt like I was almost the only one left, still pushing forward and practicing day after day. I think all the emotions and struggles I’ve kept inside for so long may have come out unconsciously during that interview.
But right now, I don’t want to think about these things. What matters most to me is the upcoming World Finals. I want to give everything I have and make sure that all the time and effort I’ve put into this game mean something.
I truly believe that I’m someone who loves Clash Royale more than anything and has worked incredibly hard to become the best I can be. There have been many difficult moments along the way, but the reason I’ve continued to fight through them is simple: I genuinely love this game.
I’ll take some time to think about my future after the World Finals. For now, I want to put all my focus into this tournament and nothing else.
To everyone who has continued to support me throughout these years, thank you from the bottom of my heart. I know how much your support means to me, and it gives me strength to keep going.
I don’t want to call this the end just yet. Right now, I simply want to show everyone what I’m capable of.
I’ll give it everything I have at the World Finals and make sure I have no regrets.
Thank you for always supporting me. ❤
