The other day it was announced that @mathuking10 was to retire from playing and my word what a career he had. Incredibly he spent no fewer than 14 seasons @MusselburghAth where he made 394 appearances and scored an incredible 227 goals. A club record on both counts 1/3
Thatโll be that then ๐จ๐ผโ๐ฆณ. Many thanks to everyone who has played a part, better give a special mention to wee Willie @WillieK55459127 @_sarahduncan and the kid ๐. Imagine I had 2 good knees ๐ค๐ #nowwegolf ๐๐ป๐๏ธโโ๏ธ
It comes with a heavy heart that we announce Club Captain and all round Club Legend Mathu King has chosen to hang his boots up and retire from football following a long and successful footballing career. ๐
