The government need to answer for this. It's bonkers.
The latest ad from the Irish Government to the Irish people, who are the font of all problems in the country and desperately need to be stopped from their bad behaviour. This time, it's hugging your grandkids.

Our fears were right!!! In the first five months of this year alone 17, 602 tonnes of beef at a value of €124M has been imported into the state. This is in comparison to 13,602 tonnes at a value of €89M for the same period last year. This government is systemically destroying the Irish farming industry. agriland.ie/farming-news/e12… #aontú #farming #mercosur

North/Northern Ireland, County Tyrone! I’m sharing this because of another failure by institutions inside this country, this is disgusting and this family made the following statement. I believe it should be shared, as our leaders do absolutely nothing, many young children are committing suicide over this stuff, but this girl has already suffered so much and it’s heartbreaking 💔 “Wee Caitlin became part of our family as a quiet wee girl shortly after loosing both her parents when she was just 6 years old. Tragically she further lost her brother the following year. Caitlin is very much apart of all of our family and is very much loved. The wee critter has been through more in her short life already than many people could tolerate. Unfortunately since she started Holy Cross school her quiet and shy mannerisms hasn’t gone unnoticed by half reared bullies who tend to identify vulnerable children. This incident happened yesterday evening in the canal area of Strabane after Caitlin was lured there by someone acting friendly to her. This is one of 4 serious assaults that Caitlin has suffered since May. The last one was only weeks ago outside Mc Donald’s in Strabane when she was set upon and dragged by the hair and threw in front of a car. As a family we have exhausted every avenue and have been let down by both the school and the Police. The scumbags who are doing this have no worries sharing and gloating over these videos so I have no problem sharing what Our wee Caitlin is having to put up with in this town! When I get the full list of everyone involved I will be naming them and their parents as I’m not fucking having this anymore. And if any of yous see this and know your child is involved I’m telling yous now to put a stop to it or everything that was done to Caitlin by your dragged up brats will be done to yous To see this video this morning has broken us all. Evil demonic bitches”

The Deposit Return scheme needs to be abandoned. It’s an absolute disaster on all fronts.
I think we’re at the point where a conversation about pausing this scheme is needed. It’s not a hassle to me to store bottles and go shop every few weeks. But it’s clear for some time that Dublin is looking worse and it’s not getting any better. We’re 2+ years into this now.

As protests on the price of fuel are being organised for tomorrow, the government needs to listen very clearly. Families & businesses cannot afford the taxes on fuel. Carbon tax needs to be deleted now.

The price and petrol and distance are nearly as high now as when the government cut excise. Builders, contractors, farmers, truck drivers cannot take it anymore. Cut Carbon tax now.

The government is raising the M50 tolls again. This despite the fact that the Irish people have paid for these bridges 30 times over. This is a tax on work. Its government created rip off Ireland.

These are the TDs who voted for a motion that, if passed, would have led to a law that would decriminalise abortion up until birth. SF voted for this. Something they won't want their northern voters to know. We need compassion for the most vulnerable.
