We would like to clarify how MAXKY_RP OFFICIAL FANCLUB operates and handles information. We wish to explain that, regarding the artist's various engagements, we generally receive information through the agency's public announcements—just like all of you. There are instances where we do not know specific details or information prior to the official announcement. In other cases, we receive information on very short notice or find that the details are not yet definitive, making it impossible to relay the information immediately. Please be assured that we have absolutely no intention of withholding information or neglecting our duty to share it. We understand the importance of collaboration and clear communication. We have always strived to perform our duties to the best of our ability based on the information and time available to us. We want to emphasize that if certain information was not announced or updated immediately, it was not due to negligence or a lack of regard for "pairing fanbases" or other fan clubs. Rather, it was because our team faced limitations regarding the information we received. Additionally, regarding inquiries from fans, there are times when we must consult the agency to obtain accurate answers before responding; consequently, we may not always be able to provide immediate replies. We sincerely apologize for any delays in sharing information that may have caused concern or misunderstanding. 🤍
