🚨🇺🇸🇸🇦🇾🇪 — The US Embassy in Riyadh:
"Security Alert: U.S. Mission Saudi Arabia (November 3, 2026)
Iranian-supported Houthis have engaged in hostilities against Saudi Arabia, including attacks on civilian airports and other critical infrastructure resulting in civilian casualties and severe travel disruptions. These hostilities have the potential to escalate rapidly beyond that immediate area.
Effective October 23, 2026, the Department of State ordered non-emergency U.S. government employees and U.S. government employee family members to leave Saudi Arabia due to safety risks.
U.S. government employees working in Saudi Arabia require special authorization from the Chief of Mission to use any airport in Saudi Arabia following recent missile and UAV attacks on airports in the Kingdom.
U.S. citizens should be aware of potential attacks on airports, airspace closures, flight cancellations, and travel disruptions. Please take extreme caution if you choose to use airports in Saudi Arabia. We recommend checking your flight departure status directly with the airline and with the airport."
⚡️🇺🇸 — U.S President Trump via Truth Social platform:
"Watching the Pre-Election Results on FoxNews, but I can't stand Jessica Tarlov's voice — DUMB AS A ROCK, but it's the voice that gets me. Have to go somewhere else until that LOSER is off the air — I'll be back later! President DONALD J. TRUMP"

⚡️🇱🇧 — Banque du Liban has issued a circular to its employees suspending all approvals and medical coverage at Al-Rasul Al-A'azam Hospital and the Lebanese Medical Center (LMC), according to LBCI.
➡️ Context: Both facilities are affiliated with Hezbollah and are located in or near Beirut's southern suburbs (Dahiyeh). Al-Rasul Al-A'azam is run under Hezbollah's Martyrs Foundation, while LMC was inaugurated under the auspices of Hezbollah Secretary-General Naim Qassem.
⚡️🇮🇱 — Israel's post-election political crisis is escalating as Shin Bet chief David Zini seeks to question four senior Arab politicians, including Mansour Abbas and Ahmad Tibi, over suspected foreign election interference, according to journalist Amit Segal.
Zini reportedly accuses Attorney General Gali Baharav-Miara of obstructing the investigation, which her office denies, prompting the Religious Zionism Party to demand her removal from the case. Amid the deepening tensions, opposition leader Gadi Eisenkot is pushing to replace Netanyahu's caretaker government, which he notes holds only 46 Knesset seats.
⚡️🇺🇸 — The White House has circulated Election Day talking points praising President Trump's campaign efforts as Republicans prepare for potentially disappointing midterm results, according to Axios.
The document claims the administration has had the "most successful two years in history," labels Democrats as "Dumocrats," and frames the election as "Common Sense vs. the Communists."
It concludes by urging supporters to "Stop the Communists and Jihadists. GO VOTE."
⚡️🇺🇸🇮🇷 — U.S. forces have prepared plans to launch strikes against Iran as early as Wednesday, November 4, following today's midterm elections, according to The New York Times.
The Trump administration reportedly remains divided on the next steps. Some senior officials are advocating for continued economic pressure through the Strait of Hormuz blockade, while others argue that military action is necessary to weaken the Iranian government. No final decision to proceed has been reported.

⚡️🇮🇱🇺🇸🇮🇷 — Israel provided Washington with intelligence alleging Iran was planning to use chemical weapons against its adversaries. US officials received the information with concern but skepticism, viewing it as part of Netanyahu’s pressure campaign to persuade the Trump administration to resume large-scale strikes against Iran. — NYT
➡️ Israel also shared some intelligence with Gulf states, whose officials likewise questioned the alleged plans and suspected an Israeli effort to push the US and its partners back into intensive combat.
➡️ Over the past two weeks, Israeli officials presented the chemical-weapons threat to US intelligence agencies as more urgent than Iran’s nuclear ambitions.
🚨🇮🇷 — Gunfire was reportedly heard in Bandar Abbas and Sirik; some sources reported shots fired at non-compliant vessels in the Strait of Hormuz. The latter reports remain officially unconfirmed. — Tasnim
⚡️🇺🇸🇮🇱 — Trump’s announcement that US aid to Israel would end by year-end has left the Israeli defense establishment uncertain whether funding will stop immediately or the broader security-cooperation model will be phased out. The existing 2016–2028 agreement provides $3.8bn annually; negotiations on a successor framework for the next decade began in May. — N12
Israeli sources warn the move could disrupt signed arms deals and future IDF procurement, questioning how committed fighter-jet purchases would be financed and where Israel would find NIS 15bn annually.
➡️ It remains unclear whether Trump’s statement reflects an agreement with Netanyahu, what conditions and timetable would govern implementation, or whether it affects funding alone or the wider security relationship. The report also raises questions over whether Netanyahu could make such a consequential decision without formal consultations in the defense establishment, government or cabinet.

⚡️🇮🇱🇺🇸 — It was reported that the IDF was unaware of President Donald Trump’s announced year-end cutoff of US assistance to Israel. The existing agreement remains in force until 2028, and the military is assessing the announcement’s implications; if implemented, the move is expected to affect future arms deals. — Ynet

⚡️🇺🇸🇰🇵 — Binance said hackers stole $6.3 billion from its digital wallets after gaining access to a computer through a fake job interview and exploiting an internal AI tool to seize control of the wallets. In response, the company will increase investment in AI-based threat detection, establish a security research fund and launch targeted initiatives with leading AI firms. — Reuters

⚡️🇺🇸🇰🇵 — Thursday’s $6.3 billion Binance cyber-theft (~20 minutes) surpasses the 2025 $1.5 billion Bybit hack as the largest single financial theft. Circle and Tether froze $971 million and $825 million respectively, contributing to ~$3 billion in total assets frozen by global partners. TRM Labs assesses $2.4 billion is "beyond any issuer’s reach," converted into non-freezable assets like Bitcoin. Binance halted withdrawals for security checks, promising full customer remediation via corporate funds and its $1 billion Bitcoin reserve; Binance[.]us was unaffected. — The Washington Post
➡️ Entry methodology remains ambiguous. Binance initially blamed a compromised engineer’s laptop, later acknowledging broader systemic access. CEO Richard Teng confirmed a "self-destruct mechanism" obliterated digital traces, hindering forensics. Attackers used automated shuffling across wallets; Chainalysis detected stolen assets commingling with proceeds from a distinct $388 million exchange heist from last month.
➡️ Two cybersecurity firms attribute the attack to North Korea’s TraderTraitor group based on fund-flow tracking. Binance declined to identify perpetrators. TRM Labs estimates North Korean hackers have extracted $12.8 billion across >100 incidents since 2017, contrasting with the country’s estimated 2025 GDP of $26 billion. TRM investigator Nick Carlsen assesses these operations are now the North Korean government’s "primary source of hard currency revenue."
➡️ US federal agencies and global law enforcement are actively investigating the breach. US Secret Service spokesman Thomas Lynch confirmed round-the-clock operations with partners like Circle to "identify, freeze, trace, and recover" the stolen assets. This crisis further impacts Binance's complex regulatory standing; founded in China (2017) without an official headquarters, the exchange previously paid a $4.3 billion fine in 2023 after pleading guilty to AML violations involving al-Qaeda, ISIS, and Hamas, after which former CEO Changpeng Zhao stepped down and was subsequently pardoned by the Trump administration.

⚡️🇺🇸🇮🇱 — U.S. President Trump addresses the US-Israel funding arrangement:
Trump: «Now, as far as paying Israel, [...] we give Israel $4 billion a year. And we made a deal months ago that we're stopping and they're fine with it because they've become a very successful country that are needed. [...] we've already agreed that by the end of this year, we won't be paying Israel. Now, we'll help Israel if they need it.»
Q: «So, Mr. President, you're saying you're not giving them $4 billion worth of weapons? You're no longer...?»
Trump: [non sequitur] «We have total control of the Hormuz Strait. [...] Our Navy, our blockade, our military is incredible. [...] When you go to the Patriots and the Tomahawk, it's very complex. [...] You need smart people to operate. Highly, highly technical.»
➡️ Separately, Yashar! party leader Gadi Eisenkot condemned the lack of prior notice over President Donald Trump’s announcement that US security assistance to Israel would end this year, saying the security establishment and Israeli public learned of the strategic shift through the media. He called Benjamin Netanyahu’s conduct “a real danger” and demanded answers that evening.
⚡️🇺🇸🇮🇷 — President Trump on US military operations and the Strait of Hormuz:
«...that 159 ships... Every ship is at the bottom of the sea. They had 288 airplanes. Every airplane is laying on small little pieces, tiny little pieces all over the runways... They have no airplanes. They have no anti-aircraft. We took some out last night, just a minor attack. It wasn't war. [...] They built an anti-aircraft missile; it took them about two months. We watched it get built. As soon as it was completed, we hit it last night...»
«We knocked out their nuclear capability. There's thousands of tons of rocks sitting on top. And we have that under surveillance—we have Space Force [...], we can see the badge, the name tag on a man's chest from outer space. If anyone went there, we'd hit it again. [...] This isn't really war. We haven't shot anything. [...] We have them totally where we want. We could finish them off or [...] let thousands of people live that would get killed in a war. [...] We took over the Hormuz Strait.»

🚨🇾🇪🇸🇦 — Yemeni Armed Forces Spokesperson Yahya Saree:
"During the past 24 hours, Saudi warplanes launched 93 air raids targeting civilian targets in the capital Sana’a and the governorates of Al-Jawf, Taiz, Sa’dah, Ma’rib, Amran, Lahj and Hajjah, using F-15 and Typhoon aircraft that took off from the Khamis Mushait and Taif bases, leaving a large number of martyrs and wounded civilians, including women and children.
The total number of Saudi aggression raids since the start of the escalation against our country has reached 4032 air raids and missile strikes."
⚡️🇺🇦🇷🇺 — Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy:
"We are not inviting Putin to Kyiv. They came to us without an invitation in 2022. But that’s not why there’s no point in inviting Putin to Kyiv. It’s because he won’t come. The same goes for inviting me to Moscow. What Russia is doing is destructive. It’s simply spitting in the face of the whole world that wants this war to end. That’s why no one will support going to Moscow.
As for a phone call, Russia will use it as an excuse to avoid any further meetings. And we understand this game. It leads nowhere. It would just be a very formal, dry phone conversation where I would once again have to listen to a history lecture from the leader of the Russian Federation, rather than hear about real steps to actually end the war.
If we want to end the war, we have to meet and take the first step: a ceasefire."

⚡️🇺🇸🇩🇰 — Greenland’s parliament is set to ratify a security agreement with the United States on Tuesday, following majority support during an initial debate last month, Reuters.
➡️ The agreement, signed by the United States, Denmark and Greenland in September, aims to ease tensions following US President Donald Trump’s repeated threats to take control of the strategically located, mineral-rich island, which is a self-governing Danish territory.
➡️ The deal expands the US military presence in Greenland, paving the way for two new military bases and Trump’s “Golden Dome” missile defence system, while reaffirming Danish sovereignty and Greenlanders’ right to self-determination.
➡️ Greenlandic Foreign Minister Mute Egede described ratification as an important step, saying the island had maintained its fundamental principles and chosen dialogue while protecting its interests.
➡️ Denmark’s parliament is scheduled to hold the bill’s first reading on November 11, followed by a second reading and vote on November 19. The agreement will enter into force once both Denmark and Greenland ratify it and does not require approval by the US Senate.
⚡️🇷🇺 — Sergey Lavrov Russian Foreign Minister:
"Within the OSCE, even at the highest level, in 1999 in Istanbul, and then in 2010 in Astana, it was clearly stated at the highest level that security is indivisible, no OSCE member will strengthen its own security at the expense of weakening the security of others, and no organization, no group of countries will claim dominance in the Euro-Atlantic space. It's written in black and white.
And when, despite all these guarantees, the West began to expand eastward, NATO, first of all, began to expand eastward, openly declaring the goal of containing the Russian Federation and, ultimately, unleashing a war against our country at the hands of the Kyiv regime, which was brought to power as a result of a constitutional, unconstitutional coup."
