ALT A grid showing how different IT roles (Developers, Designers, Project Managers, QA, and Sysadmins) perceive each other. The matrix format uses humorous images for each intersection - like developers seeing designers as children with crayons, QA seeing everyone as problematic, and sysadmins being viewed as either chaotic or mysterious by others. The images range from professional photos to memes, creating a satirical take on tech workplace stereotypes and interdepartmental relationships
ALT Diagram shows how the perception of marriage in the West changed over the centuries and in relation to romance, love and sex. Pre-17th century marriage was an economic and political contract negotiated between families. Love happened outside of marriage. This changed over time. From the 17th to 19th century love was arranged but expected to be a starting point for romance and love. Later, romance lead to marriage and then love. And since the 1960s a progression from sex to romance, then love and only then marriage seems to be the prominent model. Â Â
ALT A diagram plots human experience of space & time in the physical world. It shows a rectangular area between two axis. One is time, the other space. Both range from very small to very large. Inside of that area is a much smaller rectangle. It is about 1/16 of the size and labelled “Human Experience"
ALT Image depicting alignment chart with different monitor setups. Each setup corresponds to alignments like lawful good with three horizontal monitors, neutral good with two, chaotic good with one horizontal and one vertical, lawful neutral with one monitor and a laptop, true neutral with one monitor, chaotic neutral with one horizontal and one vertical, lawful evil with two stacked monitors, neutral evil with two side-by-side vertical monitors, and chaotic evil with an irregular stack of monitors.

ALT Infographic titled 'ailments: possible new mental effects & behaviours from using AI', four terms: FOFAB – Fear Of Falling Behind, anxiety over others using AI more effectively; PolyLLMory – inability to commit to one AI, prompting Claude, ChatGPT and Gemini simultaneously; HipAIcrit – secretly using AI as a creator while publicly denigrating it; Agentic Burgerflipping – spending workdays supervising AI agents instead of doing skilled work.
ALT Infographic showing the "Evolution of the Alphabet" from Proto-Sinaitic (c. 1750 BCE) to Modern Latin Script. Colorful arrows trace the development of each letter through Phoenician, Archaic Greek, Archaic Latin, and Roman scripts, culminating in the modern 26-letter alphabet. The image demonstrates how letter shapes transformed over time.
ALT A weathered fantasy map of Middle Earth from The Lord of the Rings, showing two different journey routes marked in contrasting colors. The red line shows Frodo and Sam's path from the Shire to Mordor, while the blue line shows Bilbo's earlier journey as depicted in The Hobbit. The map includes familiar locations like the Shire, Rohan, and Mordor, with mountains and forests illustrated in a classic Tolkien-style cartography. The map appears aged with sepia tones and includes text labels in stylized fantasy font. A compass rose and scale bar are visible in the lower left corner, and the title reads "The Map of Middle Earth.
ALT A radial bubble network diagram titled "Who's Suing Whom in AI?" mapping notable copyright infringement cases from over 100 lawsuits (David McCandless / Information is Beautiful, June 2026). Five major AI companies form the central targets — Google, Meta, and OpenAI as the largest, with Anthropic and NVIDIA as mid-sized defendants, plus a ring of smaller defendants including Midjourney, ElevenLabs, Suno & Perplexity. Arrows radiate inward from plaintiffs colour-coded by type: green for authors, orange for media, yellow for musicians, pink for platforms, teal for publishers, and red for visual artists. Notable plaintiffs include the New York Times, Universal Music Group, Getty Images, Disney, Elsevier, and Reddit — which appears on both sides of the chart. Three outcomes are marked: one win, one settlement, one loss.
