An important piece of the PLAN is the Clarity Act, which sets the “legal guardrails” for the coming new “stablecoin blockchain financial system.” Why hasn’t it passed yet? Timing. Trump knows a big RED WAVE is coming and a whole lot of his “personal handpicked endorsements” are going to WIN and make the incoming Congress, much more MAGA dominant. With a bigger MAGA Congress, Trump and Bessent won’t need to “water down” the Clarity Act and instead, can craft it in a way, that strengthens the new financial system, while ALSO speeding up the “transition.” It’s happening.
