Dear @Hermesparcels I am definitely at home and have been since 9am this morning as I work from home. My desk is practically at my front door, so this must have been a phantom Hermes driver!! Whats worse is that I lodged this issue hours ago and have heard nothing!

@Ryanair your service is deplorable! You tell me my flight is cancelled and give me a number to call yet it cuts out after 3 rings. Your ‘live’ chat has a 68 minute wait! So when we land in Dublin with a 15 month old from Canada we are stranded!

I’m absolutely furious, I’ve just called after 2 hours of waiting and the eta is approx 30-40mins! No priority given and it’s now cold for this baby. My battery has now died on the vehicle. I’m not in the safest of spots either!
