Not only was he a great actor he was a progressive activist who supported LGBTQ rights, universal healthcare, destigmatizing mental health issues, and was fiercely opposed to nationalism. He truly lived the ideals of Star Trek.

Commander Will Riker actor Jonathan Frakes pays tribute to his “Star Trek” co-star Patrick Stewart:
“There’s no one on this planet that I have acted with or directed more often than my late great friend Patrick Stewart. He will be with me forever. May he rest in Peace.”

I was already planning a Star Trek rewatch and now I have another reason to. Both the original and TNG.

We're going to miss you Patrick. Thank you for everything you brought to Star Trek and the world.
I grew up with him portraying Captain Picard on Star Trek The Next Generation when it first aired on television. I loved his performances so much.
May Helm watch over you, Patrick.

Though tbh sometimes I'd put MEA in 3rd partly due to how much I love the combat. In the end I love them all and replay them way too much.

Some of us can do both playing new games and keep demanding for a new Mass Effect.

I asked some Mass Effect Universe devs about this and this isn't even true. There were same sex romances of course, but no flags in the game which isn't even said in the article itself. Totally misleading headline.

The Polygon headline claims BioWare "was asked to remove LGBTQ flag," but BFM journalist clarifies devs proactively removed a flag resembling (not the actual) Pride flag from a demo to anticipate feedback, not to hide elements.

I loved the banter in Andromeda and I'm guessing anyone that thinks they are too nice didn't listen to any?
Because what.
I want to believe this isn't real but some people truly are that ignorant.
An ADHD episode...
