He escaped the SWAT team by hiding underwater, only to find himself face-to-face with a deadly crocodile.

I F*CKED My DOG… And I’ll Never Forget the Look in His Eyes 💔😭
My dog had always trusted me. Whenever I walked into a room, his tail would wag. Whenever thunder frightened him, he would run to me for comfort.
I was supposed to be his safe place.
But one day, something changed. I crossed a boundary that should never have been crossed, and I saw fear in his eyes where there had once been trust.
He didn't understand why the person he depended on had become someone he needed protection from.
Afterward, I couldn't stop thinking about the way he looked at me. Every time he backed away when I approached, I was reminded that trust can be destroyed in a moment but may never return.
The thought that I had hurt a creature that depended on me made me confront a truth I desperately wanted to avoid: loving someone means nothing if your actions make them afraid of you.
THE MOST HEARTBREAKING BETRAYAL IS WHEN THE ONE WHO HURTS YOU IS THE SAME ONE YOU TRUSTED TO KEEP YOU SAFE.
Can trust ever truly return after something unforgivable happens? 💔

Some people will defend a tradition simply because their ancestors practised it. 💔
In Desert Flower (2009), Waris Dirie’s story exposes the terrifying side of culture that people are often too afraid to question.
As a child, Waris underwent female genital mutilation. Years later, she showed Sally Hawkins what had been done to her, revealing the devastating reality behind a practice some people still defend.
And this is where the conversation gets uncomfortable…
WHEN DOES RESPECTING CULTURE BECOME AN EXCUSE FOR ABUSE?
Not every tradition deserves to survive. Some deserve to end. 🤬

Waris Dirie showed Sally Hawkins what was done to her as a child, and people STILL call this “circumcision”?! 🤬
THIS ISN’T CIRCUMCISION. THIS IS CHILD MUTILATION! Why are people still defending this in the name of culture? 💀

Life has a way of showing you that some of the things you desperately wanted would have cost you far more than you were willing to lose.💯

There's so much power in believing that everything will work out even when you don't know how or when. You just believe that it will.🧏♂️
