Herb is the single most impactful player on the team. If he ever drops below 20 MPG again, then the entire coaching staff deserves to be on LinkedIn.

Through 3 quarters, Pelicans are +36 in Herb Jones minutes and -22 when he sits.
He's played 25 minutes. That means Pelicans have been outscored by 22 in the 11 minutes he has sat.

Herb Jones is responsible for making the game as close as it's gotten late. Think it's really hurting the Pels that he's not in a closing 5 lineup every night.
Hard to believe a defensive coach is using him like this.

Losing Herb would be like a shotgun blast to the chest but our coach doesn’t want to play our first team all defense player lol

Saints fans just gave Bill Vinovich the loudest pregame boo I’ve ever witnessed for a non-player.

Saint Michael the Archangel, defend us in battle. Be our defense against the wickedness and snares of the Devil. May God rebuke him, we humbly pray, and do thou, O Prince of the heavenly hosts, by the power of God, cast into hell Satan, and all the evil spirits, who prowl about the world seeking the ruin of souls. Amen.

Somebody please explain it to me like I’m dumb. Here is a side-by-side of Tyler Shough’s play against the Raiders today and Jared Goff’s from Week 1.
Saints lost a td from Goff’s mistake. Today, ref says Shough fumbled and Raiders recovered. Make it make sense! @NFLOfficiating

If this is the rule, then why have we spent literally decades obsessing over whether the guy's hand was coming forward or not?

I just had an official tell me I didn’t really see what I saw.
Saints just got robbed of a defensive score. Absolutely insane.

“For generations, Americans looked west when they thought about opportunity. Today, they should look south.
Louisiana has always powered America. We fueled the nation with energy, fed it through our farms and ports, built ships that defended it, and manufactured the products that helped it grow.
Now, we are helping lead America’s next frontier: space.”
