Para las Taemates qué pidieron reembolso: Nos enviaron boleto el día de ayer con otro monto menor al qué pagamos y supuestamente ya incluye tarifas. Llamé a Profeco y me dijeron que la Ley 42 nos protege. El proceso para levantar una queja es este:
