You are going to the next level cause you look like a mutant, are strong as an ox, and are highly highly skilled at your sport
Muscle mass matters!
These are the guys you’re competing against in college. It’s a spectrum of bigger guys who have a lot of absolute strength + power and smaller guys who are rocked up with a crazy low body fat percentage while having great relative strength + power.
There are a lot of important factors when training athletes, but it is very hard to fire a cannon from a canoe! To gain size, we use the @jake_tuura concept of Hypertrophy Clusters + Arm Farm as a very potent combination to add some mass without bleeding strength and power.
