CREEPY THINGS YOUR BODY DOES WHILE YOU SLEEP:
1. Your brain flushes toxins through cerebrospinal fluid. Skip sleep and they build up.
2. You swallow about 1 litre of mucus overnight without knowing.
3. Your body is completely paralyzed during REM sleep to stop you acting out dreams.
4. Your discs decompress — you’re actually taller in the morning than at night.
5. Growth hormone peaks at midnight. That’s when your body repairs everything.
6. Your gut does a cleaning wave every 90 minutes while you’re unconscious.
7. Your immune system ramps up at night — that’s why symptoms can feel worse after midnight.

Instead of adding pink ribbons to their products this month maybe companies should just remove the cancer causing ingredients.

System temporarily unavailable and yet you're sending otp. ECNBA what exactly is happening now? 😒

What the ECNBA is currently doing is Voters’ suppression. People are awake trying to vote, you had projected a candidate for almost an hour while the picture of others are missing. People will go to bed only to wake up to see that voting was restarted. This is incompetence.

This is a throwback picture of Aare Muyiwa Akinboro SAN @MuyiwaAkinboro in 2010 at the NBA Annual General Conference in Kaduna
Beside him is myself and other disciples including now Mr Paul Kassim, SAN.
Aare Akinboro sponsored many of us to trainings including AGC and Delegates Meetings across the country, providing mentorship and support for us young lawyers irrespective of tribe and religion.
Aare Akinboro has long been raising men and investing in young lawyers and many of us are direct products of his industry, sponsorship and love for young lawyers.
With Aare @MuyiwaAkinboro the future of the Bar is in good hands 💯✅

Until the government criminalizes the illegal dumping of refuse, we won’t be free from this madness.
Many of these cart pushers collect money and dump refuse at strategic locations at night..
If Lawma is overwhelmed, I think the government needs to bring in more private companies to venture into this business..
Raining season is here and many of us who live on the island have our canals blocked with refuse thereby causing flooding.
We can’t continue like this!
