764 is a decentralized online network designated as a terrorist organization by the FBI, the DOJ, and Canada.
They target children as young as 9 years old on platforms like Discord, Roblox, Minecraft… and so on.
It was founded in 2021 by a 15-year-old dropout from Texas, but has since metastasized into a global cancer.
Here’s how it works:
Members find vulnerable kids online, often those with mental health struggles or from troubled backgrounds, build fake relationships with them, obtain compromising images, and then use those images to blackmail them into increasingly horrific acts.
This might include self-harm, animal abuse, sexual acts on camera, and in some cases even suicide attempts broadcast live.
The FBI has linked 764 to over 250 investigations across all 55 of its field offices, with arrests in at least 8 countries for crimes including child abuse, kidnapping, rape and murder.
The network operates through Satanic and neo-Nazi ideology borrowed from a group called the Order of Nine Angles.
But researchers say the real driver is pure sadism, with members gaining status by sharing documented exploits of their victims.
