Almost 100 lawsuits later. This was never about accountability — it was about nullifying the voters.
Nearly two dozen state attorneys general banded together as early as April 2024 to plot litigation against @realDonaldTrump long before he was reelected, according to a confidential document obtained by The Center Square.
The document was signed approximately three months before President Joe Biden exited from the race and Vice President Kamala Harris became the Democratic nominee for president. It was signed nearly seven months before Trump was reelected by 2.3 million more votes than Harris, almost nine months before he was inaugurated.
State attorneys general have sued the Trump Administration nearly 100 times since January 2025. The coordinated effort appears to have a nickname: the “Project for Federal Accountability.”

🚨 CAUGHT RED-HANDED: New Jersey’s Democrat Governor Mikie Sherrill just got demolished by her own software vendor.
She publicly blamed a “software glitch” for putting thousands of noncitizens on the voter rolls.
The company that runs the system just confirmed: THERE WAS NO GLITCH.
The state of New Jersey KNEW they were registering foreigners. The Division of Elections approved it. The software flagged it correctly the entire time.

On June 8th, I personally granted you access to the facility as an act of good faith— despite you having exactly ZERO federal oversight authority. Of course, you’re still trying to turn Delaney Hall into a political football for the radical left.
You were told BEFORE you went in you would not have the ability to speak to detainees. This is a federal facility, Governor. You are NOT federally elected.
I suggest you and your health inspectors spend more time at your New Jersey state detention facilities. Delaney Hall has 2x more medical personnel per detainee than NJ state prison, and at least 2x as much square footage. Detainees are also 2x more likely to die in NJ state custody. ⬇️
After being denied access for weeks, I was finally allowed into Delaney Hall – but what I received was a closely controlled and limited tour of the facility. That is unacceptable.
I was not allowed to meet or speak directly with the detainees, which continues to raise serious questions about the real conditions of the facility and the treatment of those held there. I will continue to push to speak with the detainees directly. They deserve to be heard and the public deserves answers.
