Vissa debatter förs två gånger, först med vänstern och sedan med Mattias Karlsson. Det gäller bland annat frågan om etniska svenskar, där Karlsson antingen låtsas eller faktiskt inte känner till den omfattande forskningen om etniska grupper. Vi letar därför fram en text från 2010, då riktad till vänstern. När vänstern sedan många år diskret släppt retoriken "men vem är egentligen svensk?" har förnekandet av ett svenskt folk istället tagits över av Karlsson.
