When I was a kid, one of my favorite uncles was a mailman. I would often walk his route with him (no vehicle, just feet) through some rough parts of town. I remember asking him why he did such a hard job. He told me that the postal service held everybody together. #USPS

Multiple kids (ages 4-8) in my kids’ school have had their upcoming birthday parties cancelled by their responsible parents. Imagine being 5 and having your bday cancelled. If little kids can deal with that crushing disappointment, you can deal with not going to happy hour.
