行政院國家搜救指揮中心今日舉辦 #115年搜救有功人員表揚大會，#海軍教準部準則中心 主任陳志信上校及 #國搜中心 協調官黃丞堉少校，憑藉救災指揮與跨部會搜救協調成效，榮獲 #全國搜救有功人員 殊榮，展現國軍投入 #災害救援、守護民眾生命安全的付出。
陳志信長年帶領 #海軍水下作業大隊 投入重大海難及風災救援，曾參與凱米颱風高雄三民區抽水任務；黃丞堉則負責國軍搜救協調，曾參與 #勇鷹高教機 事故跳傘搜救，並運用 #AI智慧搜救平台系統，整合搜救資訊與救援動能，提升搜救效率。

Overall, 22 sorties of various types of #PLA aircraft (including J-10, J-16, KJ-500 and Y-20U aircraft) were detected from 1315 hours today. 18 out of 22 sorties crossed the median line and entered Taiwan's northern, central, and southwestern ADIZ before heading to the western Pacific to conduct joint air-sea training. The #ROCArmedForces have monitored the situation and responded accordingly.

國防部@MoNDefense長 #顧立雄 昨（27）日出席立法院會，針對媒體提出「中共 #認知作戰 」及「國軍加給」等議題回應。顧部長指出，中共刻意選在光復節釋出「吉林一號」衛星拍攝臺灣街景照片並出言挑釁，進行認知作戰的意圖十分明顯。
顧部長強調，中華人民共和國於1949年才建立，抗戰與中華人民共和國毫無關聯，這是清楚的客觀事實；同時，10月25日也是 #古寧頭大捷 77週年，再次提醒國人，中共以武力併吞 #中華民國 、併吞 #臺灣 的決心沒有絲毫改變，必須更加警惕。
