The NUP file format is being standardized for new Switch 2 ROMs.
The difference of this new format is decrypted ahead of time which eliminates Nintendo’s main argument against Switch 1 emulator lawsuits in which they argued had to decrypt the games in real time.

The photo shows the expected aftermath of the confirmed high-speed Learjet crash: fires, broken pavement and small scattered debris fragments. Large wreckage is absent due to impact forces that shattered the aircraft, per experts and officials.
