كل كم شهر يطلع نموذج ذكاء اصطناعي جديد يعيد تعريف الممكن تقنياً، مرات بسعر افضل وجودة احسن. وفي الوقت نفسه لا تزال بعض الشركات والمؤسسات تنهي خطط ادارة التغيير وبعض الامور الادارية المتعلقة بالنماذج السابقة. هذه الفجوة ما تتعلق بقدرات النماذج نفسها ولكن هي القيد الحقيقي للذكاء الاصطناعي اليوم لان تدريب النماذج وتعديل خطط الذكاء الاصطناعي والحوكمة المتعلقة بها أبطآ بكثير من سرعة اطلاق النماذج نفسها! ودي افهم وجهة نظركم في هذا الموضوع، وش الجزء الاصعب في الموضوع بالنسبة لك او لشركتك؟

This week, the major AI platforms published their earnings, and two numbers say more about AI strategy than any keynote. Microsoft spent $41 billion on capital expenditure in a single quarter, up roughly 70% year over year, with about two-thirds of it going to chips. Meta raised its 2026 capex guidance to a range of $130 to $145 billion. With the addition of Alphabet, Amazon, and the other large platforms, the industry is heading well past $600 billion of infrastructure spending this year, which is nearly double 2025. This week's revisions moved the number up, not down. The market's reaction was the interesting part. It rewarded Microsoft and punished Meta for what is essentially the same bet, because the difference lies in when returns arrive. Microsoft's spending is already showing up as cloud and AI revenue, so investors can watch the capex pay for itself, while Meta's expenses grew faster than its revenue and its payoff sits further out. Investors are no longer asking whether AI demand is real. They are asking when returns catch up with spending. I read capex as the most honest strategy document a company publishes. At this scale, the platforms are declaring that advantage in AI will be decided by physical capacity (chips, land, power, and the speed of assembling them) and they are accepting years of shareholder pressure to secure it. I recently attended #Xthon at #Tabuk University and was blown away by the incredible startup ideas and energy. To support this momentum, we at NEOM Shapers hosted a workshop titled “How to Build Your First Startup?” to give back to the community. I’ve delivered this session many times, but Tabuk's talent is truly special. On very short notice, they showed up with full engagement and massive ambition. I’m certain we’ll see great startups coming out of this group!
