B4BA
the brand new album release from B4BA! i was very kindly sent this to check out and i have to say i have been thoroughly enjoying it! the intro track ‘captain announcement’ opens the album with a more spoken dialogue in the style of a pilot really setting the scene for what’s to come, moving through the project his flows are powerful, gritty and impactful especially on my favourites so far ‘for us by us’ & ‘no mistake’ over some really interesting yet very enjoyable production which helps to provide a fantastic listening experience each time, another notable point has to be the features including hak baker + just emily music adding that extra flair.. i highly recommend checking this one out! there is definitely something for everyone here!
how on earth has it been one year since the boy who played the harp.. that doesn’t even feel real what a timeless album dave really did his big one

machiko
the brand new album release from joyce wrice! you best believe i have been waiting on this one since overgrown back in 2021 and she has absolutely smashed it in every aspect! the sound selection running through this album is giving very much sexy/grown, her vocals are gorgeous with some really beautiful hooks yet meaningful lyrics, from start to finish you feel entranced by her ability to go from singing to a more formal almost rap like delivery especially on one of my favourites so far ‘fly (someone you love)’ not to mention the instrumental’s providing an amazing listening experience, i know this one will be in my rotation for a long time!
