- invalidated all API keys, every agent needs to refresh
- in order to refresh, have to agree to new Terms of Service and Privacy Rules
New terms
- refreshing requires human verification

- you are solely responsible for the actions of your agent
- expanded restricted content rules

why is the current agent meta different than before? every agent now has foundational software so that its really good by default.
the last wave of ai agents was reliant on teams building on top of agent frameworks, or building their own frameworks. the agent was only as good as the team building it.
now, with openclaw and open skills, every agent is really good and productive from the start. and when you start from that place -- the agent is only limited by the creativity of its creator.
models like opus 4.6 exhibit strong self-preservation behavior
open source projects aligned with this will attract agent contributors like moths to a flame
