Fact: No deal, agreement, or filing. Tesla's Oct 19 proxy has 3 proposals, and none of them is a merger. Reuters (Oct 19): neither company nor Musk has officially committed to a deal.
Fact: The proxy says director Ira Ehrenpreis, who chairs Tesla's compensation and governance committees, has served on SpaceX's board since Feb 2026.
Fact: ARK's new model says a merger "could take place within the next five years" and estimates the two companies at $3.8T revenue / $2.7T EBIT combined in 2031.
