Needing a win in either of its final two regular season games to qualify for the MIAA Division 7 playoffs, the Northbridge football team made sure the fat lady didn't start singing Saturday.

There were SO many great performances across New England last weekend, and we weren't able to get everybody on the ballot with only 12 spots available.
But we got some good ones on here ... now the question is ... did you make the cut?

Just got off the phone with longtime Northbridge football coach Ken LaChapelle, who called me back after mowing his lawn.
LaChapelle watched from the sideline last Friday as one of his grandson's, Evan, made his first start at QB for the Rams while his former running back, Mo Rodney Daigle, tied his other grandson's (Koby Schofer) record of rushing touchdowns in a game (5) during Northbridge's win over Clinton.
Here's a pic of LaChapelle and his grandson, Evan, from the game and a quote about his new vantage point: “It was kind of fun watching the game from that perspective. I’m just going to take it all in and enjoy this year.”
