May is Asian/Pacific Heritage Month! Celebrated since 1979 it is a time to celebrate the contributions of Asian Americans & Pacific Islanders have made to the US. It is also a time to reflect on the many discriminatory policies the US created due to racism. #aapiheritagemonth
Executive Order 9066 order led to the forced removal and internment of approx. 120,000 Japanese-Americans from the West Coast. The dangers of racism and discrimination during times of crisis can lead to policies that impact generations of innocent communities. #aapiheritagemonth
For Mental Health Awareness Month this May, Morrison honors all the mental health heroes working within our organization, and beyond. You make the difference!
