So, you apparently are unaware of the 1000s of Hydrogen powered vehicles driving on our streets with High Pressure Hydrogen Tanks that are orders of magnitude more explosive than a Regular Air COPV

Ok but what I posted is the actual COPV displayed at the event, so this red thing is likely a cover protecting that COPV during the assembly process. SpaceX has had issues with COPV failures due to impact damage during construction You can see its split and taped together. Its similar to this COPV cover
