A CEO earning $20M/yr pays Social Security taxes on ~1% of their income due to the cap on the payroll tax.
In fact, they stopped paying into SS last week.
Meanwhile, the typical worker pays SS taxes on 100% of their income for the entire year.
It's time to scrap the cap.
