After a bit of a rough couple months in competition rounds little man is back 🏌🏻♂️
Today off the white mens tees he goes and smashes a pb by 1 shot of 98 . Solid work for an 11 year old and love he found his form at the right time as he was at risk of handicap going up.
I’m stuck at work then this bugger plays 3 rounds of golf this week, 2 hours on a sim today and then an on course lesson making a few minor tweeks ready for his winter swing changes…
Still repping the shorts wonder if we will see him trousers this winter 🤦🏻♂️🤷🏼♂️
Back smothered in deep heat. The smell reminds me of a Sunday league changing room from 20 years ago 😂
He may come back inside at some point this evening 😂😂😂 least he’s not constantly glued to a computer I guess
Belting little transformation done in the garden for Fin. It’s where the kids used to have their trampoline and slide but grew out of it
Life in the old boy yet 🏌🏻♂️
Greensomes 3 way play off for a cup my partner and I managed a net 63 (-9) even after throwing to random 8s on the card for good measure 😂😂😂 playing last 11 holes 4 over par certainly helps with scoring
First day of big school completed… can’t remember last time I seen him a pair of trousers, although said he’s wearing shorts again tomorrow 😂
Another day another junior open. Fins group today is his county team mate and better ball partner from the weekend 😂 they go from a great winning pairing back to rivals in the space of one round
Very strange as I’ve been home all day 😂😂😂 and you haven’t even been and tried which is helpful as I’m out tomorrow 🤦🏻♂️
Proud dad tomorrow… early night required tonight. This little fella gets to represent Cornwall under 12s tomorrow for golf for the first time. Regardless of the match outcome massively proud of this kid 🏌🏻♂️⛳️🟰🟰 (I’m sure I’m more nervous than he is 😂)
Just had first golf lesson in years… Fin was sat watching I managed to hit a couple shanks and tops whilst changing things then he started sniggering away the little bugger 😂
14th anniversary with this absolute hero. Definitely the yin to my yang. They say opposites attract and my word they are right with us we are worlds different but it just works 👌🏼
Proud dad moment. Fins had the nod he’s in the team for Cornwall under 12s in a couple weeks time. When he made the squad we told him to not get his hopes up of playing this year and use it as a learning experience ready for next year. But he’s only gone and done it ⛳️⛳️🏌🏻♂️🏌🏻♂️
Down range with Fin working on his bunkers. Right mate go pick your balls up we will go work through our bag… starts doing this🤔 ermmm 1. Where did you learn that? And 2 I can’t bloody do it my self tried for years 😂
Course was baked solid but Fin got to meet up with the Cornwall under 12 squad for coaching and then some better ball match play practise. 12 months ago could never have imagined his golf would go this far for him. Looking smart in his Lyle and Scott county shirt as well 👌🏼⛳️🏌🏻♂️
Last day of school for these guys… but also it’s the final day of primary school for little man. He’s off to big school in September. Tried to get him to jump and show excitement 😂 got a feeling I know where to find him all summer ⛳️🏌🏻♂️⛳️
