TRANSCRIPT OF ACCEPTANCE SPEECH DELIVERED BY IBRAHIM ABDULKARIM, DG NDC NATIONAL CAMPAIGN COUNCIL AT THE NEC MEETING IN FCT ABUJA A Call for Unity, Sacrifice, and a New Nigeria Formal Address to Party Leaders, the Presidential Candidate, and Elder Statesmen Distinguished leaders, our respected chairman, our presidential candidate, esteemed elder statesmen, and the young people of Nigeria, I extend my sincere greetings to you all. First and foremost, I wish to express our profound gratitude to our leader and to the young people of Nigeria who continue to believe in the vision of a better country. We sincerely thank you for providing us with a political platform through which we can pursue the transformation Nigeria urgently needs. In 2023, we made efforts to bring about the change we desired, but we were unable to achieve our objective. Today, we are grateful for another opportunity to continue that struggle. We are confident that, with your support, guidance, and commitment, we can work together to achieve our shared objective of building a New Nigeria. We believe that, united in purpose, we can overcome the challenges before us and secure victory in the forthcoming election. Acknowledgement of Our Party Chairman To our respected chairman, we thank you for your leadership and for the responsibility you have accepted in this journey. We trust in your ability to bring party members together, engage all relevant stakeholders, and encourage cooperation with our candidates. Your leadership and support will be essential as we work collectively toward electoral success and the transformation of our country. We believe that a united party, guided by a common purpose, will be better positioned to deliver the New Nigeria that Nigerians deserve. A Message to Our Presidential Candidate I would now like to address our presidential candidate. We recognise that you are a man with considerable experience, having built your own success and served as a governor. We also recognise the discipline and leadership qualities that have contributed to your public service. However, what makes this moment particularly significant is that we, the young Nigerians, have freely chosen to support you. We have identified you as the leader through whom we believe our vision for a New Nigeria can be realised. Our decision reflects our hope for a country that works for its people, provides opportunities for its youth, and creates a better future for generations to come. We believe that, through your leadership and with the collective efforts of Nigerians, we can redirect the course of our nation and move it toward a future defined by progress, accountability, prosperity, and national unity. Our ambition is not merely to change the leadership of the country; it is to change the direction in which the country is moving. Gratitude to Our Leader for His Sacrifice To our leader, Jagora, we express our deepest appreciation for your willingness to set aside your personal ambition in support of the candidate we have chosen for this important national mission. Such a sacrifice deserves recognition and respect. Leadership is not always about pursuing personal aspirations; sometimes, it requires placing the collective interest above individual ambition. We are aware that you have faced criticism and attacks from various quarters. Nevertheless, we believe that your decision is motivated by your desire to contribute to the emergence of a New Nigeria. For your commitment, your sacrifice, and your continued support, we say thank you. May God bless you and grant you the strength to continue serving the interests of our people. A Message to Our Elder Statesmen To the two distinguished elder statesmen whom we have asked to remain with us, we sincerely value your presence and, above all, your wisdom. We recognise the depth of your experience and understand the concerns you carry in your hearts about the present state of our nation.

If there are any lessons learnt from 2023, INEC sweet talked Nigerians all through the run up to the elections only to do as they pleased at the end. At NEIS, we intentionally choose to be proactive this time..We are not taking chances with what INEC says or does pre election. We are not aiming to antagonise INEC nor compete with their statutory role of results DECLARATION. Simply, we are providing the Nigerian public real time results- straight from the polling units. All forms of prospective results manipulations during collation and IREV Uploads will be detected with verifiable alternate data provided by on field civic agents. No room for rigging in 2027!

Dear Nigerians, corruption is not just about corrupt politicians filling their pockets with public money. It is the mother who loses her baby because the hospital in her community lacks basic equipment, it is the family mourning a loved one kil!ed by a bad road filled with potholes, the child denied a decent education, and the bright business forced to shut down because there is no electricity. When public money is stolen by corrupt politicians, ordinary Nigerians pay the price with their lives, their dreams, and sadly their future.

🚨 @SkySportDE: Arsenal are SERIOUSLY interested in Club Brugge’s Nicolò Tresoldi. 🇩🇪🇮🇹 He is currently one of the hottest strikers in Europe. He has scored 3 hat-tricks in the last 26 days. 🤝

A very good man but his silence in the last 8 years is alarming . A very astute politician needs to be in people’s faces doing amazing things even when not in office
One thing that makes Bukola Saraki worth considering for Nigeria’s presidency in 2031 is his ability to build bridges across political divides. As Senate President, he led a chamber where party differences could easily have stalled progress. Yet, his leadership brought together people with competing interests to work within the same institution. That experience matters. Nigeria is too diverse to be governed by division, and too challenged to afford endless political battles. We need a president who can engage opponents, negotiate differences and build a coalition around the national interest. The next president must not just know how to win power; he must know how to bring a divided country together. That is a conversation worth having about Bukola Saraki and 2031.

After that loss against Brighton, we knew Arteta was done trying to play nice. We've gone back to factory reset until January at least. My gaffer is the prime definition of the end justifies the means. One EPL in 22 years isn't enough to start romancing football.

My conversation with Peter Obi on the audacity of imagination in the new manifesto resonated even more with me in the emergency in Education. Given the poor consciousness in which officials see performance in tarring a few roads people can see compared to education that can bring about lasting wins I had to go to Spain 250 years ago, compared to small countries like Switzerland and The Netherlands to highlight why education matters, but even more importantly Deng Xiang Ping’s emphasis on education in 1978 and what it has done for China , to showcase the emphasis on education. Rapidly removing the shame of out of school children; improving Teacher prestige and remuneration and training teachers in crash programs were set as foundational. Upgrading low cost private schools in blighted neighborhoods which currently carry the bulk of the load of educating the poor into institutions that are better superintended would help a system that recognizes low skills output for a new emphasis curriculum that follows the Factor Endowments of geographies and consequent value chains.such that curriculum in states endowed with sesame seeds. Dual education with apprenticeship schemes receive new emphasis as we shift from compensating certificates to paying value creators Creating co-ordination systems for the three tiers of government and the private sector and parents will be key to educating for production and jobs as well as educating for character and for enlightenment. Boiler room conversation for those who want to redeen.

When Tinubu and his thugs openly threaten violence, it is because they are scared. They want you to buy into their lies that the outcome of the election has been predetermined. The only way to ensure they win is staying at home on Election Day. Tinubu, Wike, D7, Alia and all other ENEMIES OF NIGERIA cannot prevail against an electorate that is #United4Obi. Come out on January 16, 2027 and vote for the ONLY candidate who is on the ballot for Nigerians. Vote Obi/Kwankwaso into Aso Rock, and defend your votes. #TooBigToRig #VotePeterObi
