Leadership isn’t always easy. Sometimes you stay quiet, stay focused, and trust that your work and intentions will speak for themselves. My “why” hasn’t changed: helping kids, supporting teachers, and building a strong campus culture. Onward to a new week. #character #integrity
So grateful to have Dr. Laura Rizo on campus today. Energetic, fun, and most of all real! She reminded us of our why as educators and left us inspired to lead with purpose. 💜 📚 @rizospeakslife @dcole_SMCISD #keepingitpuro #whatsyourwhy @GoodnightSMCISD

I’m proud to kick off our Principal Collaborative with a new tradition; Community Circles. This space allows our principals and cabinet members to come together, foster open communication, build trust, and strengthen relationships across our incredible district, San Marcos CISD.
