This is Alex Pretti, a VA ICU nurse, honoring a veteran he cared for at a VA hospital.
The son of the deceased veteran just posted this video on Facebook with the following message:
“RIP Alex Pretti,
he was my Dads ICU nurse, he read my dad’s final salute at the VA after he passed away. Never wanted to share this video but his speech is very on point. Also my Fathers final words to me was continue to fight the good fight. He would be honored in Alex’ sacrifice, and ashamed of this current administration. In my Dads words I encourage you all to continue to ‘fight the good fight’”

Please sign and share Animal Aid's petition to end greyhound racing in the UK today - just two weeks left to reach 100k signatures! [petition.parliament.uk/petit…]
Between 2017-2023 over 4000 greyhounds were killed at the hands of the UK racing industry, due to ‘accidents’ on the track or when they stop being ‘profitable’. Some dogs are even drugged with cocaine and similar substances to enhance performance. Rescue centres are overwhelmed with dogs who were raced, now in need of a home. Those who are less fortunate may be shot or even drowned.
One minute of your time can make all the difference to these dogs. Thank you for your support.

According to Ukraine's National Security and Defense Council, this is part of a Russian disinformation campaign and untrue. Intelligence sharing between Ukraine and the U.S. remains a robust and important pillar of Ukraine's defense.

This 🇺🇦 Ukrainian kid has more bravery than the entire West combined. I am ashamed we aren’t all doing more, and I hope every single one of us looks back at this moment and asks, “What if I had done more?”
And then decides TOMORROW to do something to help.
Please.
