@DepherCPHUK the 4th time asking. What is the £81,000 in other debtors? Does this include a directors loan? If so, you haven’t disclosed this in accordance with the companies act! Look at note 4.35 below, I am afraid I will have to raise with the CIC regulator to confirm.
