Today we hung the transgender flag in our school foyer to show our support for #TransgenderDayofVisibility this week. We are so proud of our students for leading this important work and for creating a safe and inclusive school community for everyone! 🌈🏳️⚧️

Carnaval is off to an awesome start today! It’s fantastic to see the return of this event full on for the first time in a number of years!!! So awesome to be in a school with French Immersion to add to the fabric of multilingualism!
I think I might be influencing my students just a little! This superstar was so excited to share her new t-shirt with me this morning! @HDSB_smhwb

I’ve never seen a student so happy to see a new book added to our “teacher picks” basket! This kiddo shared special memories and haircuts he’s had to those represented in the book, “Cool Cuts.” Books and my students both hold a special place in my heart. @PLRobertsonPS
