i believe #ChristaPike fully deserves the death penalty and her boyfriend unfortunately did not qualify by being only 17 at the time. the 3rd one should have also got life in prison at least, like him, but she turned and testified against them.... walking free.

after a few short years in jail, after conviction and death sentence, #ChristaPike attempted to strangle another inmate with shoe laces and was later convicted of that attempted murder. she was sentenced to another 25yrs.

Video shows the stolen Kia swing AROUND a car that was stopped at the light and then smash right into Barry.
Barry was rushed to the hospital, but he didn't make it.
Police say video shows the two kids inside got out... and RAN AWAY, the driver was 12 years old.
His passenger was a 15-year-old White girl.
The 15-year-old White female passenger was charged with motor vehicle theft.
The Black 12-year-old who was behind the wheel?
No charges.
Yes... NO CHARGES.
Police say that because of his age, they filed a "Child in Need of Supervision" referral and met with the Department of Juvenile Services.
That's it.
No arrest. No charges.
A referral to juvenile services, and they decide whether he gets services, supervision... or nothing at all.

Parts of the Death Star were never built at all.
They were painted on glass. For the 1977 film, matte artists including Harrison Ellenshaw painted scenes like the tractor beam shaft, leaving gaps where the filmed actors would appear.
The live footage and the painting were combined so the joins disappeared. Call it nostalgia, but those paintings have aged better than some of the CGI added in the later special editions.

Six cars have been set alight across Melbourne overnight, marking the fourth consecutive night of suspected arson attacks in residential streets.
Four vehicles were destroyed in two incidents in Reservoir, while separate fires in Springvale and Oakleigh East also damaged homes.
A family of eight, including young children and an elderly woman, was forced to flee their Springvale home after flames spread from a burning car.
The latest incidents bring the number of cars destroyed this week to 13, with police investigating possible links between the attacks.
