Breaking News: The FDA has approved Aducanubad, the first FDA approved drug to cause brain swelling + bleeding in persons with Alzheimers. The clinical trial was stopped due to futility. 3 FDA advisors resigned in protest. @AmerGeriatrics strongly opposed approval
Thoughtfully put. #Aducanumab is not the answer we’ve been waiting for. As my Dad always has said- when things seem too good to be true or don’t make sense- follow the money. Shame on you @US_FDA for not trusting the science.
