Some inside baseball on this one: When we wrote the storyline, everyone in the production wondered why in hell the Orioles and the Maryland Stadium Authority would ever allow us to film a murder at the jewel that is Camden Yards. I went to the pitch meeting in the warehouse and Orioles execs asked their first question:
"Who gets killed?"
"A Yankee fan."
After a brief pause, they asked a second question:
"Who kills him?"
"Another Yankee fan."
