Good morning @British_Airways. Can you please pay me for the costs because of a cancelled flight? I have a reference number, but no response. I know you're busy and it might take longer, but today is day 103.

Good morning @British_Airways . Did the support department already find time to review and process my request for reimbursement for a canceled flight?

Really dissatisfied with @British_Airways . I had a cancelled flight beginning of June '23 and had to stay in an hotel. BA would pay the costs. We're now 82 days later and no money, no response, no reaction. Cannot get in touch with BA and service requests are just ignored. ☹️
