In the name of Christian unity on Reformation Day, I think we should all agree that Martin Luther was right about the perpetual virginity of the Blessed Virgin Mary and the real presence of Christ in the Eucharist.

south africa went from a first world country with nuclear power and one of the largest railway systems in the world to a third world country in just 30 years progress is not a guarantee. decay is the natural state of things
JUST IN: Johannesburg, South Africa, is reportedly on the brink of a "total collapse" of its water system as worsening shortages leave residents without running water for weeks.

I don't hate this guy because he's a Democrat. Or a Muslim. Or a pretend doctor. I hate him because he's a condescending, arrogant prick who talks down to everyone. Only an imbecile would vote for him.

For the 100th time: Lindsay James, on a rare occasion she actually showed up to work for a change, also voted for those tax credits. They were used to build hundreds of homes in the community for hard-working Iowans-- one of which I purchased at market value. I'm a builder. Lindsay is a liar.
Yesterday, I stood outside Joe's housing development to call out his corruption. He voted for tax credits that let his real estate companies pocket millions. He took another $1M in tax credits to build a development that he moved into a week before he launched his campaign.

My biggest concern is that if there is a clean sweep by Democrats of the House, Senate and Presidency in 2028, they will: 1. Make DC and Puerto Rico states to gain a strong majority in the Senate. 2. Open the borders and legalize everyone living in America illegally to cement a permanent majority. 3. Increase the size of the Supreme Court to gain an immediate majority. This would result in America becoming a permanent one-party state and the end of democracy in any meaningful sense of the word. All that is needed to ensure this doesn’t happen is 51 Republican senators in 2029. That is why you should vote for Republican senators this election. Other reasons are irrelevant compared to this one.

Ms. Rachel genuinely doesn’t deserve a platform. She doesn’t possess any sort of critical thinking skills, so truth in her eyes is whatever fits her social agenda. In reality, this is such a non-story. Some 3yr old kid (Nevada) was reportedly hogging the ball, not being rotated, & pushing other kids around on the field. And when one of the parents went to a ref to complain, Nevada’s parents caused a huge scene and got into loud verbal altercations with other parents. The police got called. The police declared it a civil matter & left. So the league asked Nevada & his parents to leave, & they left. But of course, Nevada’s parents couldn’t leave it there. They went to social media and claimed Nevada, a 3yr old child, was kicked out because he was “too good”. And Ms. Rachel, being the abject moron she is, bought the story and amplified it. Shame on her.
Ms. Rachel invites a 3-year-old Black boy to her show and calls on sports teams and soccer stars to step up, celebrate his talent, and help him after a viral video shows him being kicked out of a soccer game by police for being too good ❤️👏
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
Police were called by the league director about the mother’s behavior. In the 911 call he described her as unruly, following him and calling him names while filming. The “too good at soccer” claim is the parents’ account of the dispute. tmz.com/watch/unruly-f…

In other words, Josh Turek will do and say anything to get elected.
If you don’t understand that Josh Turek can be trusted to do what he needs to do in order to win votes in Iowa—including the Republican ones he needs—you haven’t been paying attention. We need to flip the senate. Get on board or log off.

While @iowademocrats are contemplating rolling @turek4iowa into the Des Moines River for his ad that men shouldn't play in women's sports the @IowaGOP is united. We are ready to vote, ready to win and no wonder why with responses like this they lost the caucuses! Elect Repubs!
As an Iowan Democrat Fuck that noise he can roll his transphobic ass into the Des Moines River

So this Alex Cooper chick is just an actual demon sent to tempt women into ruining their lives, right?
"Call Her Daddy" host Alex Cooper & actress Sophia Bush: if a woman is questioning whether she can do better than her current husband, "the answer is always yes." "This idea that it's too late or you're too old, or who are you to want more, that's patriarchy. That is crazy."

Lahn and Sand each made one article for the Iowa State Daily. Notice how one of them is about having something to pass down to the next generation (the cornerstone of civilization) and the other is about wanting to let potheads run amok. Great to know where their priorities are...

"No, it couldn't be the coach we gave over $70 Million to, or the defensive coordinator who coached a bottom half Big 10 defense for 2 years, or the overall Penn State culture being toxic. It has to be the players!"
It's time for D'Anton Lynn to phase out a few more Iowa State transfers on defense. This is what it looks like when you bring Big 12 athletes into the Big Ten.

The WNBA is an absolute joke.
This actually happened lol — walking away, they followed, got in her face, cussed her, then pushed her. Ref said no tech given to Angel Reese or Howard here because they were “reacting in the heat of the moment”. Isn’t every tech after a ‘heat of the moment’ reaction?? 🤔🤔

.. they've been sitting on Tiananmen Square footage in a closet for 40 fucking years?
WATCH: Britain’s ITN has released ~4 hours of previously sealed 1989 Tiananmen footage — filmed by the team that smuggled the tapes out of China. The material, archived for ~35 years, includes a 2-hour crackdown compilation and 90 minutes of secretly filmed raw rushes from the days after, showing military trucks on Beijing streets, crowds, and the aftermath.
