I'm glad you've arrived, the mattress just exploded and fired me across the landing. #BTposse

Job roles for electrical trainees if useful.
A121 is back in full swing for the first time in a couple of years after standing down and reclaiming some of my free time 🤭.
But we have another spike and some of the signposting I was doing towards other resources waa leaving people frustrated and disappointed.
So here we are 🙌💪
DM if any of those are useful

At home i've trained hoodad to lift me on the chair and stairs but at my residential daycare I've jumped on the sofa and walked up stairs.

Truly grateful towards the brands and business owners who help out with free training placements and fund the same with other providers around the UK. Thanks to posting about it we now have another 2 free slots for the courses and 3 pallets of kit heading into an FE centre next week.
Not even half the story tbh but kinda cool. A much bigger program of free access to EWA is on the way for 2027. People genuinely want to help solve that huge finacial burden for as many as we can.
So much like around safe isolation, training and renewables I am focused on bringing those people together for collective action. Rather than trouser the money myself or become famous 🤭
Have a great day.
Thanks to our partners we have provided free slots for 3 trainees and 2 trainers on our courses next week. No cost to tax payers or learners.
Doing things others could but dont.
Thanks to Longi, Enphase and Fox on those ones 🤩
We have a much bigger scheme coming around this as well.
Free training devalues courses and is doomed to fail said another training provider several years ago now. I mean they would say that wouldnt they as Im bad for business of the unethical 🤭.

Having had a little 'getting in the way' moment, I've discovered that the heating was switched on today for the first time this Autumn and I'm strangely keeoing out the way. #happyfur
