The government should take it's first responsibility, by providing adequate security for all and sundry.
10 SPECIAL TIMES WHEN DU’A IS ACCEPTED
1. Last third of the night.
2. Between Adhaan and Iqama.
3. After every Fard Salah.
4. In the Sujood.
5. When breaking of fasting.
6. On Arafat day.
7. During rainfall.
8. Laylatul Qadr.
9. When travelling.
10. An hour on Friday.
The Man Zulum is indeed the Chief Servant to his people. He came to politics to serve but not to be served, to give but not to take.. He emulates the good qualities of leadership from Sardauna. May Allah protect you in the course of discharging your respective duties.

Six key recommendations which if implemented will solve a decade long insurgency in Borno Zulum said: these are;
He is the Chief Servant to his people, considering the way he committed & dedicated himself in the course of delivering good governance and dividend of democracy. If he has all the security apparatus at hand. He would have done excellently well in curbing insecurity in his state.
A state that cannot provide adequate security for it's citizens, such state is regarded as weak state. PMB should take rational but necessary decision now to end this menace.
