Have you noticed the huge number of ladybirds 🐞 around at the moment? And they’re not the ‘normal’ Irish ones. They’re the invasive Harlequins. Tonight on “Mooney Goes Wild” I chat with Clonsilla couple, Jim and Mary Nolan who tell me their story. @NatureRTE #Ladybirds

I'm a qualified marine biologist and I've tagged shark in Irish waters for years. We don't have highly aggressive shark species in Irish waters, we just don't. Any bite in our waters is purely defensive. Same goes for most animals bites; defensive.
