The best investment I made as an incoming principal was meeting 1-on-1 with every staff member. Meetings were casual, optional: Tell me about yourself as a person. What do I need to know about you as an educator. Relationships came first, and everything else was built from there.

We have to apologize for our belated post! Our JV braved the gusts at Dakota Winds yesterday and finished in 6th place. They were led by Graydon Hanson’s 79 and Grayson Melgaard’s 86. They have their final meet tomorrow in Moorhead at the Meadows.

Tremendous gritty win today for both the Riders and for Kolby Koerner. Lots of practice in windy conditions paid off. Stetsen & Kyler followed behind him in 2nd & 3rd with Silas in 7th.
