Dug into the data. It depends where the brand is from.
Japan: 70% of dot-brands have a working site. US: 18%.
What's interesting is that most of Japan’s run on one company, @gmoregistry. And this is probably, why they applied for a lot more, while other countries applied for less.

Tick.com: SOLD.
$600,000 + buyer-side brokerage commission.
@DefiningCom represented the sellers—leading negotiations, protecting their interests and overcoming major obstacles in a complex transaction. We then managed the transfer and closing, coordinating directly with the buyer and sellers.
Getting an offer is one thing. Getting it CLOSED is another.

I have noticed recently the appraisals tools have just bumped up values on certain names but still miss the mark on day to day names.
This is *not* how @namedesk works. It looks for real signals that matter.
Looks like the new GD Appraisal algorithm has filtered through to the Domain Academy Bulk valuation tool, so I assessed my AI domains.
It likes short 3L and 4L , plus dictionary words, of course.
Not so keen on two word combinations, even when they make sense. Except for SoftwareTeam. ai which is likes.
What do you think ?
Did you notice this yet @Castello_Bros
I think it's an improvement on the previous algorithm, but a bit more work to be done recognising great two word combos.

Modern domain appraisals are still failing. Atom/GoDaddy have done great work in improving appraisals. However, they still miss the mark in the age of AI. This is the whole point of @namedesk
That's such a great name!
Tokenize.si SOLD to @zaidashi3
Other names still for sale at reasonable price.
Don't miss the chance.

It seems @namedesk appraisal punishes clarity .com due to collision and confusion amongst AI models.
Great sale!
Looks like Clarity.com sold for $3.5m! Love seeing founders who understand the value of domains 🔥
