On September 11, 2026 PRXVT announces a 1-year renewable agreement with a “top 25 app in its category” to power private AI inference through their API. But then, it didn't. Around the same period, Virtuals also publicly teased something significant coming in September. Nothing major materialized that month. On October 1, 2026 the team said this in their community telegram: "An announcement follows: px402 v2 is substantial, and we are coordinating with partners to ensure a smooth rollout." The use of the word “partners” is notable. October 2, 2026 PRXVT officially confirms px402 v2 will be launched on October 5, 2026. nitter.cf/PRXVTai/status/2105945… And on the exact same day, Virtuals Protocol launches the Virtuals App in closed beta. The app gives users a personal AI (“Butler”) with wallet access and the ability to research, discuss, and execute trades. A surprise launch. Turning the group chat into a place where ideas can move capital is a meaningful upgrade. Virtuals era!" nitter.cf/PRXVTai/status/2107112… Heres my thesis: The confidential “top 25 app” deal announced by PRXVT in September is with Virtuals for the new Virtuals App. Both teams delayed their major September releases and ultimately shipped on the same day in early October. PRXVT’s comment about “coordinating with partners” for the px402 v2 rollout further supports the idea that the delay was tied to an external integration. And the vague “top 25 app in its category” language was likely used to avoid publicly connecting the two projects at the time of announcement. PRXVT is providing (or is a core part of) the private inference layer for the Virtuals App. This remains a thesis built on timing, language, and existing relationship. Not a confirmed partnership. No official statement from either side has directly linked the September deal to the Virtuals App. However, IYKYK. Here's why px402 v2 would be needed for the Virtuals App: The Virtuals App gives personal AIs the ability to hold wallets, research markets, and execute trades. That creates a clear need for private, agent-native payments: Agents need to pay for inference, data, or services without leaking strategy or identity. Public x402-style payments would expose budgets, counterparties, and activity patterns on-chain. px402 v2 was designed to reduce friction while improving privacy, balance management, and performance which is exactly the requirements of a consumer-facing agent app that moves real capital. It could also be used to fund confidential balances for "Pay-per-call x402" for the API. Shipping px402 v2 on the same day as the Virtuals App launch is consistent with the idea that the payment layer was being prepared specifically to support this type of agentic product. What This Would Mean for PRXVT: If the thesis is correct and PRXVT is the private inference provider for the Virtuals App, the impact would be significant: Adoption: Every new Virtuals App user becomes a potential source of inference demand. As the app moves from closed beta toward wider release, usage should scale with Virtuals’ user growth. Revenue: Sustained inference volume from a consumer-facing app would translate into real protocol revenue. Given PRXVT’s model (100% of fees to stakers, with a 10% burn on claims), this would begin feeding the staking flywheel immediately. Timing alignment: This would also explain why PRXVT has been emphasizing an upcoming revenue dashboard. Visible, verifiable revenue becoming public shortly after a major app integration would be a logical next step. In short, a confirmed or de-facto role as the private inference layer for Virtuals’ consumer app would move PRXVT from early infrastructure usage into a clearer path of recurring adoption and revenue which is something the community has been waiting to see. I may not always get it right but I don't believe in multiple coincidences. Everyone needs to form their own thesis and convictions. I am convinced this is real and if it's true, we will see this soon in both revenue and usage which will reprice PRXVT fast. This is only the beginning.

There’s still one more significant product coming that the team has teased - another core building block of the endgame: BLACKBOX. But the more immediate catalysts that could actually move the needle in the short term are clearer: - Proven revenue + real adoption - Meaningful partnerships / collaborations The team mentioned a revenue dashboard back in September and that it was coming very soon. In crypto, this is the type of catalyst that can reprice a project quickly, especially when the numbers are verifiable. From what we’ve seen, this won’t be a typical dashboard. It’s expected to show real-time revenue and usage metrics tied directly to on-chain data. Holders won’t just be told the numbers… they’ll be able to verify them. That combination (live product + transparent, on-chain revenue) is rare at this stage. I’m already positioned for it. All roads still lead to BLACKBOX ⬛ But the next visible catalyst is revenue.
