Ron DeSantis narrowly won in 2018 in an election in which more than 20% of black citizens were not allowed to vote.
His legacy will be that he fought tooth-and-nail to make sure he gets to wage his re-election bid under that same Jim Crow-era rules of mass exclusion.
I am pleased that @FLCourts confirms that Amendment 4 requires fines, fees & restitution be paid to victims before their voting rights may be restored. Voting is a privilege that should not be taken lightly, and I am obligated to faithfully implement Amendment 4 as it is defined.

But when White Supremacists like Dylann Roof shot up a black church, or attack the Tree of Life Synagogue, the FBI declined to charge them w/ Domestic Terrorism.

- cosponsor the Green New Deal or at LEAST have a real climate plan
- guarantee healthcare so ALL can get prenatal care

If a mother’s salary is less than or equal to the total cost of childcare, that doesn’t mean she should quit her job & parent full time.
Her salary does not have to compensate for all childcare. Both parents share that cost. It is not on her shoulders.
