🚨BREAKING: Maryland sanctuary officials released an MS-13 illegal alien twice despite an ICE detainer, and he allegedly went on to stab a victim then rape a 13-year-old girl before disappearing.
Allan Adonay Contreras-Vasquez illegally crossed into Texas in August 2023, was caught by Border Patrol, and released into the country under the Biden administration.
In late 2025 he and five others followed a victim off a bus in Hyattsville and stabbed the person multiple times. ICE placed a detainer on him December 16 while he was in the Prince George's County Detention Center, but the county ignored it and let him go.
He was formally charged on February 18, 2026, with attempted first-degree murder, conspiracy, assault, and weapons offenses.
A witness later claimed that during the period after his first release he raped a 13-year-old girl in January 2026. He was arrested again in May, then released a second time in June. He remains at large.
DHS says Maryland's sanctuary policies refused to honor the detainer and freed an MS-13 member accused of sexually assaulting a minor.

An illegal alien from India, Atharva Vyas, 24, attacked a mother and her 3-year-old daughter at a San Antonio park.
He grabbed the mom by the hair, punched her in the face, and caused her to drop the little girl. Then he bit the child’s face, leaving bite marks and knocking out two of her teeth.
Vyas entered the U.S. on a student visa in 2023. Months later he was arrested for felony assault at the University of Texas.
The Biden admin was notified and took no action. His visa was later revoked, and he was in the country illegally when this happened. (This attack could have been prevented if he had been deported after the felony assault at University Of Texas)
This is who Democrats protect.

🚨 BREAKING: Alabama prosecutors are seeking the death penalty for all eight people charged in the torture and execution of 20-year-old Mahogany Jackson in Birmingham.
Jackson was handcuffed, stripped, and subjected to hours of abuse that the suspects filmed. She texted family early on February 25 that she was being held hostage. Video later showed her being stomped on, spit on, dragged naked by her hair toward a car trunk, and forced to perform sex acts at gunpoint.
She was shot in the back of the head and her body dumped at a site known locally as “Dead Man’s Road.”
The eight indicted on capital murder, kidnapping, and sodomy: Giovonnie Clapp, Blair Green, Teja Lewis, Si’Niya McCall, Airana Robinson, Brandon Pope, Francis Harris, and Jeremiah McDowell.
Veteran investigators called it one of the most gruesome cases they’ve ever seen.
Prosecutors are moving forward with no mercy.
Death penalty for all of them.

Victor Soseia Hachipan, illegal alien from Micronesia, was convicted of S*X ABUSE of a child under 14 — plus meth, burglary, and failing to register as a s*x offender. ICE lodged a detainer in 2021. Marion County REFUSED it and released him. He REOFFENDED in 2023. They released him AGAIN. ICE later subpoenaed his location. The county REFUSED again under the sanctuary law. Agents needed a federal judge to force the info. They arrested him October 7 in Keizer.

We gave California 48 hours to review and flag more than 20,000 noncitizen voters recently mailed live ballots.
California refused.
This morning we filed a federal court action seeking an emergency order requiring California to sequester ballots returned by suspected noncitizens.
This is not political or controversial. 18 U.S.C. § 611 makes it a federal offense for noncitizens to vote in a federal election. We will not allow California to dilute the votes of American citizens.
