A ustedes se les olvida que trabajo es trabajo. Cuando trabajé de mesera casi todos mis compañeros (gerenciales y meseros) llevaban 10+ años en el mismo lugar.
Trabajos que les daban plan médico, retiro, vacaciones pagas, días de enfermedad, etc.
