This is the state of affairs here in DeKalb County, GA. What I would like to know (and no one will tell me) is what happens to the violent kids once they pass out of the K-12 system? Did all that money make them productive and upstanding citizens?

I've heard Jim speak about this. The system is so broken and no one is getting what they need/deserve.
