Every young man should spend a day in court—not as the accused, but as an observer. Listening to real cases and court rulings is a powerful awakening. It reveals how ordinary decisions, bad choices, and momentary lapses can destroy lives. Learn from the mistakes of others, so you never have to stand where they stood.

UNFORTUNATELY, the formula to a healthy life is... 1. 8 hours of sleep. 2. Drink a healthy amount of water. 3. Eat real food. 4. Lifting heavy. 5. Going outside. 6. Walk or move your body every day. 7. Reducing alcohol. 8. Taking care of your hygiene. 9. Minding your business. 10. Consume the right content. 11. Learning something new. 12. Showing up even on bad days. 13. Building healthy relationships. 14. Help where you can help. 15. Save and spend in a healthy manner. 16. Practice daily gratitude or mindfulness. 17. Cultivate a sense of purpose.

Remember: It is uncomfortable to put yourself out there and go interview for a job that you want but might not be fully ready for yet. It is uncomfortable to walk up to the attractive person at the bar and introduce yourself. It is uncomfortable to take the risk to start a new business. It is uncomfortable to make your first hire. It is uncomfortable to stick with it for years even when times get tough. None of this stuff is fun. None of it is easy. If it were, everyone would be doing it and everyone would be wealthy, have a great partner, and own a phenomenal business that they love. Do not ignore the discomfort. Embrace it. Realize that it's par for the course. It's to be expected and it's a good thing. The more comfortable you can get with being uncomfortable, the better off your life will be.

Interesting.
The most expensive things in your life rarely show up with the biggest price tags. A $50,000 car costs $50,000. That's the easy part to see. The second price is harder. It's what that money could have become. The extra years you might need to work. The freedom you gave up to keep paying for a lifestyle that now feels normal. A high-paying job can have a second price too. Maybe it pays $200,000 a year. But if it takes your evenings, your health, and ten years in a career you can't imagine leaving, the salary wasn't the whole transaction. Your life now costs $200,000-a-year money, and that's its own kind of debt. Even cheap things have a second price. A subscription costs $20. A payment plan costs a future month you already spent. A comfortable decision can cost an opportunity you never even see, because by the time it would have mattered, you already said yes to something else. We're good at asking: "How much does this cost?" We're worse at asking: "What does this make harder to do later?" That's usually where the second price is hiding. Money is replaceable. Time isn't. Every dollar you commit today is a small claim on what you get to choose tomorrow. Before buying something expensive, don't just look at the price tag. Look at what comes attached to it.

Man to man ▪︎ Wake up early whether you like it or not. Sleep is a luxury you earn. ▪︎ Cut porn. It's frying your discipline and making you soft. ▪︎ Lift heavy weights 4 to 6 days a week. Track numbers. If they're not going up, you're lying. ▪︎ Eat boring food. Same meals. Protein first. Pleasure later. ▪︎ Stop explaining yourself. Explanations are for people above you. ▪︎ Learn one high-income skill and go all in. No backup plans. Backups make cowards. ▪︎ Kill useless friendships. If they don't push money, discipline or growth, they're dead weight. ▪︎ Get comfortable being alone. Loneliness is training, not a problem. ▪︎ Read contracts, finance, power, psychology. Fiction won't save you. ▪︎ Build an emergency fund. No one rescues grown men. ▪︎ Stop chasing women. Build a life that attracts them accidentally. ▪︎ Control your temper. Emotional men get manipulated. ▪︎ Dress clean and simple. No logos. No noise. Let silence flex. ▪︎ Learn to say no without guilt. ▪︎ Track your time like money. Wasted hours are stolen years. ▪︎ Fix your posture. Weak body language bleeds into weak decisions. ▪︎ Quit alcohol if you can't control it. If it controls you, it owns you. ▪︎ Learn how to fight or learn how to run fast. Ideally both. ▪︎ Pay your debts aggressively. Owing money kills respect. ▪︎ Keep your mouth shut about plans. Execute first. ▪︎ Accept that no one cares about your struggles. Act accordingly. ▪︎ Build something that pays you while you sleep. If not, you're replaceable. ▪︎ Call your parents. One day you won't be able to. ▪︎ Stop waiting for motivation. Operate on schedule. ▪︎ Become physically dangerous but mentally calm. ▪︎ Respect yourself so hard the world has no choice but to adjust. That's it. No inspiration. Just work.

You can come back. You can rebuild. You can recover. You can restore. YOU CAN DO IT AGAIN......Just start. There is always someone in a worse position who decided to get up and rebuild. So don’t stay stuck in fear, and don’t keep choosing the easy way out. Choose yourself. Protect your sanity, sobriety, spirituality, productivity and purity. Go to war for yourself — and by yourself if necessary. Life is a war already won on the Cross. Now pick up your cross and do your part. Heaven may have already answered the prayer. The outcome is in the doing. Start. And watch your Red Seas split. – at Nairobi, Kenya

People will constantly attack you in life. One of their main weapons will be to instill in you doubts about yourself – your worth, your abilities, your potential. They will often disguise this as their objective opinion, but invariably it has a political purpose – they want to keep you down.

We were born of cooperation like feet, like hands, like eyelids, like the rows of upper and lower teeth. So to work in opposition to another is against nature.
